Autoclave

The autoclaves produced by Stavelse Metaalbouw are used for treating round, conical and flat wood under low (vac vac) and/or high pressure.

The autoclaves are always designed according to the wishes and needs of the customer. With our various options the most efficient configuration can be selected:
   •    Automation: door, bridge, loading to fully automatic warehouse.
   •    Tilt system
   •    Clamp system
   •    Baffels
   •    Dosing systems
   •    Various storage tanks

The autoclaves are controlled via a PLC (Schneider Electric 340) and are visualized on an HMI (15”) with which the entire cycle can be followed. The following data can be monitored on graphs: consumption, time, pressure, etc. per series. Certificates can also be printed for the customer or for recognized organizations.

The installation can easily be connected to the internet. This allows us to connect to the installation remotely and quickly help find solutions.
